BROOD Celebrates OneWebDay

Brotherhood of Destiny (BROOD) joins the world and the whole Philippines in celebrating OneWebDay in the Philippines. The organization helped the Philippine Internet Users Society (PIUS) in the design and maintenance of its official website at www.piusonline.com together with Obra Incorporated and CISS Manila.

The organization also organized a Cyber Zone event at SM City Baliwag through its project website www.baliwag.net and in cooperation with SM City Baliwag and Informatics Malolos. Mei Santiago, Gian Carlo, and John Dwight of BROOD - Bulacan help in the activity. More than 300 students, teachers and guests participated in the event.

Celebrate OneWebDay Philippines on September 18 with BROOD and PIUS

September 22 is OneWebDay around the world. For the Philippine OneWebDay Celebration the organization joins the Philippine Internet Users Society (PIUS) in preparation of this years first Philippine OneWebDay event. The culminating event will be a OneWebDay (OWD) Jam in Manila (venue to be announced). This is the 4th year OWD will be celebrated globally in several other countries led by the U.S. BROOD is one of the active members of the Philippine Internet Users Society (PIUS). In support of OWD 2009 a CyberZone will be held in SM City Baliwag on September 18 together with SM City - Baliwag, Informatics - Malolos and Baliwag.Net. You can also join the VARIOUS ACTIVITIES FOR ONE WEB DAY PHILIPPINES 2009 which includes a Blogging Competition, Online Entrepreneurs Grand EB, OBRA Cyber Shout!
